Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as well as anemia andd decrease sleep and more screen time if going on according to age.d
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

Give paracetamol to your child that you have available that is going to help in reducing down the pain otherwise you can give 650 syrup to your child of the paediatric version can be given to the child any good paracetamol whatever you have available will work for the same
