A. whisper or Statyfeee. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.
