If you want something a moisturizer that is 100% natural and made with ayurvedic ingredients then I would suggest you to use lotion by babyorgano band, we are currently using it for our son and it is very good. If you want branded one then go with Cetaphil..

Evion vitamin E cream and moisturiser both are good you can use any of your choice both the options are good though I prefer using cream more because cream gives more of moisturising to the skin of child but you can go ahead with anything cream or moisturiser whatever you like
