A. Hello dear mom to be you can have all family foods freshly cooked at home include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, whole grains cereal etc dal pulses avoid fasting and long gaps between meals rest well

A. Dear mom to be. U are free to eat wat ever u crave for. But obvious it should b a healthy diet. Like fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables milk products and nuts. Some times if u crave fr junk. U can have it. But in limitations. Stay hydrated. Drink coconut water daily. Stay positive
