A one year can have normal home cooked food which has less chilly and oil
Include atleast 2 fruits every day
2-3 katori of vegetables
2 serving of milk or any milk product
1-2 katori of dal or sprouts or soya
Rice and roti
Also include dry fruits in the diet
Avoid excess intake of biscuits, chips, chocolates and fried and junk food

Practically There is no diet plan for this old child because we always recommend to give you regular food to the child whatever you’re preparing at home on an everyday basis for yourself and for the entire family you just have to give the same food to the child
