A. Dear parent, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is s the most nutritious and healthy diet for baby. As a breastfeeding mother, you should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. You can have non veg food. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
