You can also give chicken broth. Give cheese but in limited quantities. Give one boiled egg yolk per day. Give yoghurt made from cow's milk.

Give fruits like apples, Bananas, papaya, chikoo, kiwi, strawberries, pomegranate, etc. Cut fruits into different shapes and offer as finger foods. Give small cubes of steamed vegetables. Make a steamed vegetable bowl or add veggies to khichdi. Introduce cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, green peas and pumpkin.
