Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. meal plan 7am a cup of milk 9am break fast as cheela poha idli dosa upma uthapam, cornflakes chocos.. 11am any fruit as papaya banana apple pear sapota.. 1.30pm lunch as dal rice sabji raita and salad 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda.. 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk..
