later Nutrients required For building strong and healthy bones are calcium and vitamin D.
For calcium give all dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt ,tofu, peas , green leafy vegetables like mustard and turnip leaves broccoli , fig and nuts.
Vitamin D is essential for proper absorption of calcium . Vitamin D is made in our skin when it is exposed to direct morning sunlight .
As these days sun exposure is not enough so you need to supplement this from outside . Keep giving vitamin D3 drops for healthy development of bones and teeth.
Physical activity is essential to keep bones healthy so give sufficient play time to the babY.
