ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi,your baby is 3 months old. Janam ghutti or gripe water is homeopathic medicine,do not use unless adviced by doctor.keep on breast feeding your baby,burp him atleast 10-15 mins to relieve the gas,avoid bottle feeding
