Being a breastfeeding mother cum service holder I am underweight ( 45 kg, height 164 cm) and my BMI is quite low. kindly suggest how to I gain weight.

A. Dear ma’am, have you checked your thyroid and iron levels? How well do you sleep at night? Is your motion normal? How is your stress level? All these can impact your weight.

A. Mam, being a mother of two, quite stressful life but 6 hrs sleep at night. hemoglobin level is only 11.4%. Thyroid is normal.
