Q.

Before and after periods brown periods discharge is coming out for few days and then stop.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is due to hormonal changes pre and post delivery. It will correct itself after one year of delivery. Pleae take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Also take chicken and eggs and chicken soup. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
