Q.

because of cravings I ate so much biscuits........after feeding my baby spit so much amount of milk....does biscuits have any effect on this?

A. No is not way to affect your child but eating too much of biscuits is going to spike up your sugar level and will actually lead you to gain a lot of obnoxious weight because it is very unhealthy so you really need to mind what do you eat in your diet for yourself
