Q.

bcg injection spot has turned red this week and today it bulged and oozed puss...when absorbing it with cloth, skin got peeled and blood came out, and baby cried a lot in the morning. Baby has little temperature and energy is down. Is this normal..please suggest

A. Yes it is normal for the BCG want to become large in size and get filled up with pus and it will burst on its own and heal by leaving a scar. If the babies having fever give Paracetamol as of now and if the temperature increases consult a doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi mom if it is bleeding and also pus is coming out of it then it is not ok .. u should consult with the doctor for proper examination and treatment
