aapko me easily digestible food rhta he jese ki khichdi,soups, buttermilk, Rice, fruits lene ki salah dungi
jo bazar me process kiya hua, spicy food milta he use pls avoid kre.

it might happen that child might getting insufficient milk
and remain hungry which causes this
so please check and ensure that your child get enough milk or not
as you are giving breasfeeding,you need to make some changes in your diet as it can affect your child Digestive system
