Bahy is having diarrhoea for 3rd time.doctor has told its bcoz of teething? Diarrhoea has started again. What could be the reason ? What should be done to stop?

teething phase leads to loose motions.
if you are seeing other signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums , low grade rise in body temperature then its okay
