You should avoid over feeding the child you have to see that the child would know when the child is full and they’re going to quit taking feeding during the same time on its own as soon as they are full so that’s all we will probably know whether the child is full or not and if you feel it’s overheating or the child is taking it for a longer duration then you can stop on your own
