Bonnisan you can use in case of emergency it is good for gas issue and stomach pain let me tell you here that gas is very common with kids because they are lying all the time they don’t have any physical activity so the digestion is poor which is why they have lot of gas but if the child is comfortable passing gas and not crying then there is no problem at all
