Q.

babys right eye is always watery. and she often crushing the eyes. i used tobastar drops for 10 days but still no changes. suggest remedy

A. Your baby's watery eye should get better on its own in a few weeks, once tear duct has opened up. You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by washing her eye with cooled boiled water. apply light pressure with your fingers on the side of your baby's nose, go down from top to bottom towards nostril. if doesn't improve in few weeks, consult paediatrician. . .

A. A likely cause of watery eyes in infants can be blocked tear ducts. These often resolve on their own.
