A. if it suits u can use them buddsbuddy wipes are good they are paraben free and works well

A. you can use baby wipes but use good wipes like Sebamed or and good brand ... but don't use baby diapers regularly as they may cause severe diper rashes and fungal infection if used regularly.. use diaper rash cream before it's use
