Hi mom Offer different varieties of food Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give dal water initially Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato etc Take a good care of your baby Give adequate water Stay hydrated
