#BabyCare hello all my baby boy got 100 temperature fever. which one is good syrup paracetamol or acetaminophen oral suspension usp. please suggest which one is better?

A. preffer paracetamol drops, in proper dose. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. persistent Fevers higher than 101° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. maintain proper hygein.
