SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl5 years agoA. Yes In very limited quantities as all. Are heat. Foods. have more fruits and veggies. Have juices frequently. Have plenty of water too. Have Heathy snacks and avoid junk foods. Have soups frequently. All foods you can have post delivery. There is no restriction except less oily n spicy. Non veg too in limits. Have milk twice a day with any supplement powder. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. Avoid having anything in cold like juices or cold water. Avoid green tea or other heat related foods. Rest all foods you can have.
