Baby will turn 1year this 19th. Can I start giving cow's milk or should I continue formula feeding. I have read somewhere that baby's should not be given cow's milk till they are 18months old as it would upset their stomach. Is that true? At what age can we give cow's milk or Buffalo milk to babies?
