Q.

Baby wakes up by hand startle reflex. Tried swaddling but my 2 months old baby hates swaddling. Any other way to make him sleep better

A. tjis is a normal finding in some children so you should not worry about this. if your child is comfortable and accepting feeds and growing well then nothing to worry about

A. Sleep schedule Each baby have a different pattern of sleep through the night as early as in the second month and some take take approximately 18 months to achieve the same but for this it is suggested that you should maintain and you should continue with the same schedule for the day of your baby even if your baby is just one month old make sure that putting off the lights at a regular time d and switching on the lights at regular time is also making them used to it and playing some music soothing music is also beneficial for the baby it helps them to calm them to calm down

Q. My girl doesn’t like to be swaddled but also startles a lot and wakes up from her sleep in every 15mins due to startle. Have tried different types of swaddling. Single arm out and both arms out swaddling. Loose at leg area. Velcro and zipper swaddling but nothings working for her.
