baby temperature is 98.6 normal ya not

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of j 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Yup Definitely it is a normal temperature because when the temperature is above 99° fahrenheit then only it is considered as fever in that case you have to give me medicine for fever to your child but beyond that you do not have to give any medicine to the child because it is not fever
