if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsx
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapxple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can actually start giving more of liquids to the child this could be due to dehydration or lack of water into the body and also give papaya to the child every day that is going to be helpful as it’s a natural laxative for the child
