Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation can be given indirect way and is repeated frequently .

U Just put on a steamer in the room and just shut the door whatever indirect steam to your child is going to take it going to be the best for the child because that’s the best way to give steam to the child so the best way to give steam to the child is to give indirect steam in halation to the child
