Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
continue the regular diet which is being given to the child
wait for three days and then meet dr

Ask her medicine to your paediatrician after getting a physical assessment of your child because first you need to figure out what is the reason what is the severe 80 of the situation that your child is having as on that basis only medication for the problem can be suggested
