you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .
between birth to 6 months you have to give only milk to the child in diet (milk contains all the essential nutrients required for the growth of the child).
if the growth of the child is proper and the child is healthy then no health supplements are required.
the doctor will decide if the child requires vitamin d supplements as well as multivitamin and iron supplements after examination.
if you are taking the child in sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes daily than no need to give vitamin d drops
if the weight gain of the child is more than 20 to 30 gram per day there is no need to give any multivitaminsd.
please note that it is not advisable to give colic medicine / gripe water / ghutti / constipation medicine / bonissan as well as any other digestive medicines on regular dbasis because they are medicines and have side effects.
