Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. first you will have to inspect weather it is simple insect bite or it is having severe a reaction so if it is simple not treatment is required for the redness but if it is causing swelling you will have to meet the doctor for anti allergic medicine

Apply coconut oil on calamine lotion on the insect bite.
This will help to give relief
If baby is crying due to pain then u can give calpol drops.
U can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil
