A. Hi, since baby is 2+ years. You can start giving three meals and two snacks along with this you can give liquids like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, milkshake, Badam milk. Anything which is home-made you can give. Make a timetable so that you can use different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in the diet so that baby get all the nutrients. Take your baby out to play for about half an hour to 1 hour in a day and physical activities is very important. And do some activities for about half an hour to 1 hour in a day so that your communication will be very good with a kid.
