A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she is drooling in her sleep so don’t worry it’s very normal for few babies as it doesn’t need any medicine

A. The baby is only two months of it it is quite natural small babies may not be swallowing the saliva during sleeping time naturally it will come out it is common no need to worry
