baby poop is sometimes dark gray in colour like wet cement and is smelling really bad. what does it signifies? please provide your opinion.

Grey in colour with bad smell is due to infection in stomach.
for this u need to consult ur doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation
