baby one year and three months old. From yesterday night water coming from eyes and litle radish. what we can do, which medicine or eye drop

U Then clean the eyes with cold water frequently every one or two hours that is going to hell but for medicines if you’re looking for any kind of an eyedropper it’s definitely going to be right for you to consult your doctor or a ice specialist ones for this
