baby of 1. 9 month scratching and iching over genitals on back is normal or not?

A. Your child is definitely having some discomfort over there maybe it is a rash or something kindly add some antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area and after that apply Boroline anti septic cream apply the cream at least 5 to 7 times in the day and clean properly whenever your child urinate or passes motion still if you profi the problem is there then check with your paediatrician
