Q.

baby not burping even after 40 minutes of tapping back in upright position...when laid down his throat sounds as if milk is struck in throat....

A. Hello mom while feeding make sure his head is slightly elevated as that will help a little for smooth flow of the milk and also what you can. Do is to have a filling meal before baby feed time as that will ensure good. Quality milk and that in turn help in weight gain
