A. Hello your baby does require vitamin D which is acquired through early morning sun light which is approximately 7.30 am to 8 am and not late than that is beneficial

A. Yes with whatever sunlight you are child is absorbing should be indirect sunlight and at good time so if the sun is good at your region at 9 AM in the morning you can put your child into indirect sunlight that time
