Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu wherfye most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be givhen frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Sinarist and maxtra you can give both the medicine to the child five drops each of the child under the age of six months and over the six month is going to be 10 drops maximum three times in the day and for minimum three days you can give this medicine easily to the child
