colic is quite common in children before 6 months of age.
the usually start after 3 weeks of age.
you can give drops gastica or colicaid to the child 0.5 ml if the child is crying for more than 15 to 20 minutes due to colic pain.
limb cycling movemenzts as well as tummy time will help.
to prevent colic pain kindly do burping for 15 to 20 minutes after every feed and do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because all the gas is not removed after one burping.

Yes you can give it to the child it is not a problem further you can check with the Dr so how many times in a day you can give it because different medicines can be given number of times in a day so you check with the medicine that you are using for your child
