Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. cow milk should be introduced after the age of one year. and that too even mixing it with few quantity of freshwater. once the baby gets accustomed to the taste and the heavy enzymes of cow milk then you can reduce the water quantity and start giving the pure cow milk.
