Baby ko cough hai me usko senarest medicine deri hu us se koi frak nh pdrha hai usko fever nh hai ?

A. Hi Your baby is only one month old and it is little to comment without proper examination of the baby and don’t give medicationis based on your experience and it is better that you consult your doctor and get an examination done then you can continue the medicine
