Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having any red rashes after taking vaccination you can apply calamine lotion and the red rashes most of the times it may be allergic response for the baby

No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Take a good care of your baby
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
