Some protein diet like egg or paneer should be added in kid's diet . Amla candy / juice can be be added for Vit C and immunity boosting .

Hello ma’am Height is completely genetics and is on the either side of the parent so if your child is not getting proper height then put your child into more physical activities like swimming badminton tennis or whatever includes more of jumping and releasing of energy put your child into that game I’m sure with time and with right diet your
