baby is sucking her finger when she sleep and laying on bed..? what is the remedy to this..?

According to the concern mentioned here it can be accepted as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this ,that this might be something else then you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observvutation for time.
