baby is only passing gas and not passing potty. explained in attachment

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he is pooping only gas so mostly his digestive system is extra smart to digest his milk whatsoever he is taking

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed iius very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

A. Give gastrica Drops twice a day for three days that will help in regulating the system of the child I would like to tell you it’s normal for a child not to do potty for 5 to 7 days or 15 days I agree is quite a lot so you can go ahead with these jobs if you require you can always take a guidance from your paediatrician as well you just have to give these drops for three days
