Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleepg pattern in children above one year of age you havve to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually make sure that your baby doesn't sleep very late in the evening and in all your baby in lot of physical activities make sure you give food in a proper way make a baby to wear comfortable cloth all matters a lot
