Q.

Baby is not peeing at night, she sleeps for 9-10 hours at a stretch during night, pee count during day is around 10 times. She is active and growing well.

However, as your baby grows, his bladder capacity will increase, and his body will start to produce a hormone that prevents him from peeing at night.
