Baby is having stomach infection.Can i give her formula milk ?and wat should be the quantity of milk ?Baby is 15months old

A. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and he is having a tummy infection so you should consult with your paediatrician but continue feeding him formula milk or whatsoever he is taking
