Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this is infection baby is having needs appropriate medicines along with paracetamol It is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby e give ORS coconut water fruit juices along with zinconia syrup 5ml 2 times a day and enterogermina
